  "text": "19th May 2008 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—\n(a) section 3(1) and (2)(a) (barred persons) and Schedule 4 (regulated activity) for the purposes of regulations made under section 75 of the Childcare Act 2006 (disqualification from registration);\n(b) section 4 (appeals), in so far as it is not already in force;\n(c) section 25 (monitoring: fees);\n(d) paragraph 10 of Schedule 9 (amendments) and section 63(1) (amendments and repeals) in so far as it relates to that paragraph.",
