# The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2009, Article 2: Provisions coming into force on 22nd June 2009 for the purposes of making regulations


22nd June 2009 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act for the purposes of making regulations:
(a) paragraph 14(1) and (4) of Schedule 9 (amendments);
(b) section 63(1) (amendments and repeals) insofar as it relates to the provisions set out in paragraph (a).
