# The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Commencement No. 8 and Saving) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Commencement No. 8 and Saving) Order 2012.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
