  "text": "The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 10th September 2012—\n(a) section 43(6);\n(b) section 43(7) insofar as it is not already in force;\n(c) section 47(1) to (4);\n(d) section 47(7) insofar as it is not already in force;\n(e) section 50 (provision of information to supervisory authorities) insofar as it is not already in force.",
