# The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Devolution Alignment) Order 2009, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Devolution Alignment) Order 2009 and comes into force on 13th March 2009.
