Article 12 Provision of information by the Independent Safeguarding Authority to the police: devolution alignment

After section 50A(2)^f1 of the Act (provision of information to the police) insert—

“(3)

In subsection (1), “a chief officer of police” includes—

(a)

the Chief Constable of the Police Service of Northern Ireland, and

(b)

the chief constable of a police force in Scotland.”
