  "long_title": "This Order is made under the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (“the Act”). Article 2 of the Order specifies that the children’s list and the adults’ list maintained by the Scottish Ministers under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 correspond respectively to the children’s barred list and the adults’ barred list maintained under the Act. Section 3 of the Act provides that a person included in a specified list is barred under from regulated activity (as defined in Schedule 4 to the Act) relating to the relevant group.",
