  "text": "(1) The Protection of Children Act 1999 is amended as follows.\n(2) Sections 1 to 4C and 7 (list of persons considered unsuitable to work with children) are omitted.\n(3) In section 9 (the Tribunal)—\n(a) in subsection (1), omit the words from “ which shall exercise ” to the end;\n(b) in subsection (2)—\n(i) omit paragraphs (a) and (b);\n(ii) in paragraph (d), for “68, 86, 87 or 88” substitute “ or 68 ”;\n(iii) omit paragraph (e);\n(c) omit subsection (3A).\n(4) In section 12 (interpretation)—\n(a) in subsection “ (1) ”, omit all the definitions except the definition of “prescribed”;\n(b) omit subsections “ (2) to (3A) ”.",
