  "text": "(1) For the purposes of the provisions mentioned in subsection (2), it is immaterial whether there is a finding of fact in any proceedings.\n(2) The provisions are—\nsection 35(3)(b) and (c);\nsection 36(4)(b) and (c);\nsection 39(2)(b) and (c) and (5)(a);\nsection 41(2)(b) and (c) and (5)(a);\nsection 45(2)(b) and (c) and (5)(a).",
