# The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, Article 49: Supervisory authorities: power to apply for certain barring information

(1) If a supervisory authority applies to the DBS for information within paragraph (2) or (3) relating to a person (B), the DBSmust provide the supervisory authority with that information.
