  "text": "NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 2nd May 2007\nLaid 9th May 2007\nComing into operation in accordance with Article 1(2) and (3)\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 2nd day of May 2007\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas this Order in Council is made only for purposes corresponding to those of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (c. 47):\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c. 1) (as modified by section 55 of the said Act of 2006) and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–",
