  "text": "education, england\nMade 3rd December 2007\nLaid before Parliament 10th December 2007\nComing into force 1st January 2008\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”).\nIn accordance with section 51 of the Act, he has received a proposal for the dissolution of the further education corporation known as Salisbury College (“the corporation”) from the Learning and Skills Council for England.\nIn accordance with section 27(7)(a) of the Act, he has consulted the corporation. In accordance with section 27(2), the Order is made with the consent of the further education corporation known as Wiltshire College (“Wiltshire College”).",
