  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis order brings into force section 21 of the Salmon Act 1986 on 1st January 1993. All the other provisions of the Act were brought into force on 7th January 1987.\nThis order also provides for proceedings concerning illegal fishing already commenced before 1st January 1993 to continue to be dealt with. The Salmon (Definition of Methods of Net Fishing and Construction of Nets) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 will be brought into force on 1st January 1993.",
