Article 4 Powers of British Sea-fishery Officers

For the purpose of the enforcement of (i) The Salmon (Northwest Atlantic) Order 1971^f1, (ii) The Salmon and Migratory Trout (North-East Atlantic) Order 1972^f2, (iii) The Salmon and Migratory Trout (Prohibition of Fishing) Order 1972^f3, (iv) The Salmon and Migratory Trout (Prohibition of Fishing) (No. 2) Order 1972^f4, and (v) The Salmon and Migratory Trout (Restrictions on Landing) Order 1972^f5, and there are hereby conferred on every British sea-fishery officer the powers of a British sea-fishery officer under section 8(2) to (4) of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968.
