  "heading": "Amendment of Council Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 (Tunisia)",
  "text": "(1) Council Regulation (EU) No 101/2011, concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Tunisia, is amended as follows.\n(2) Omit Article 1(e).\n(3) Omit Article 3.\n(4) In Article 4—\n(a) in paragraph 1—\n(i) for the words from “Article 2” to “Annex II,” substitute “ regulations 3 to 7 of the Tunisia (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011, the Treasury ”;\n(ii) in point (d), omit the words from “, provided” to the end of the point;\n(b) omit paragraph 2.\n(5) In Article 5—\n(a) in paragraph 1, for the words from “Article 2” to “Annex II,” substitute “ regulations 3 to 7 of the Tunisia (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011, the Treasury ”;\n(b) in paragraph 1—\n(i) in point (a)—\n(aa) for “Article 2” substitute “ Annex I ”;\n(bb) for “in the Union” substitute “ in the United Kingdom ”;\n(cc) for “in the Member State concerned” substitute “ in the United Kingdom ”;\n(ii) in point (d), for “in the Member State concerned” substitute “ in the United Kingdom ”;\n(c) omit paragraph 2.\n(6) In Article 7—\n(a) for “Article 2” substitute “ regulations 3 to 7 of the Tunisia Asset-Freezing Regulations 2011 ”;\n(b) for “the competent authorities of the Member States, as indicated on the websites listed in Annex II,”, substitute “ the Treasury ”;\n(c) in point (a)—\n(i) for “the competent authority concerned has” substitute “ the Treasury have ”;\n(ii) in point (ii), for “Article 2(2)” substitute “ regulations 4 to 7 of the Tunisia (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011 ”;\n(d) omit point (b).\n(7) In Article 8—\n(a) in paragraph 1, after “this Regulation” insert “ or the Tunisia (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011 ”;\n(b) omit paragraph 2.\n(8) In Article 9—\n(a) in paragraph 1—\n(i) in point (a)—\n(aa) after “this Regulation” insert “ or the Tunisia (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2011 ”;\n(bb) omit “in accordance with Article 2”;\n(cc) for the words from “the competent authority” to the end of the point substitute “ the Treasury ”;\n(ii) in point (b), for “that competent authority” substitute “ the Treasury ”.\n(b) in paragraph 3—\n(i) for “Member States” substitute “ the Treasury ”;\n(ii) omit “their”;\n(iii) omit “other”.\n(9) Omit Articles 10 to 14.\n(10) In Article 15, for “the Union” and “a Member State”, in each place these words occur, substitute “ the United Kingdom ”.\n(11) In Article 16, omit the words from “This Regulation shall be binding” to the end of the Article.\n(12) Omit Annex II.",
