# The Sanctions (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2019, Article 4: Libya (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2011


(1) The Libya (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2011 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (5) of article 30, after “In this article “relevant person””, insert “, in respect of a relevant institution,”.
(3) In Schedule 1, omit “Bermuda”.
