  "text": "This Statutory Instrument makes provision in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2018/1076 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nOverseas Territories\nMade 13th February 2019\nLaid before Parliament 20th February 2019\nComing into force 13th March 2019\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 13th day of February 2019\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1 of the United Nations Act 1946, section 112 of the Saint Helena Act 1833, the British Settlements Acts 1887 and 1945, and all of the other powers enabling Her to do so, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:",
