  "text": "(1) A request must be made electronically to sanctions.reassessment@fcdo.gov.uk.\n(2) But where it is not reasonably practicable for the requester to make a request electronically, a request may be submitted in hard copy to Sanctions Unit, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, King Charles Street, London SW1A 2AH.",
