# The Sanctions Review Procedure (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 9: Publicity


(1) The Minister may take steps to publicise the decision on a request, and the reasons for it.
(2) Matters may be excluded from the published reasons where the Minister considers that they should be excluded—
(a) in the interests of national security or international relations;
(b) for reasons connected with the prevention or detection of serious crime in the United Kingdom or elsewhere; or
(c) in the interests of justice.
