  "text": "(1) The title of this Order is the Saundersfoot Harbour Empowerment Order 2011.\n(2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 1 July 2011.\n(3) The following provisions of this Order come into force on the new constitution date—\narticle 4(1);\narticle 5(1);\narticle 7(1)(b);\narticle 58; and\narticle 64.",
