  "text": "1st January 2010 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following sections of the Saving Gateway Accounts Act 2009:\n(a) section 4(1);\n(b) section 5(1);\n(c) section 18;\n(d) section 23(1) excluding paragraphs (b) to (e); and\n(e) sections 24 and 25 in so far as those sections apply to an appeal under section 23(1)(a).",
