  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulation)\nThese Regulations amend the Savings Certificates Regulations 1991 so as to amend the definition of the word “unit”in those Regulations. The amended definition provides that a unit is the minimum amount for which a certificate of a particular series may be issued under the terms of an issue even where the terms provide for some greater amount to be the minimum in certain circumstances.",
