Regulation 2

The Savings Certificates Regulations 1991^f1 shall be amended in Regulation 2(1) by substituting for the words “is issued” in the definition of “unit” the words “may be issued (regardless of whether, in particular circumstances, a certificate may be issued only for a greater amount)”.
