  "text": "These Regulations amend the Savings Contracts Regulations 1969 in their application to England, Wales, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man by making provision, similar to that which previously applied only to Northern Ireland, for a deputy to the Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies to adjudicate in respect of disputes relating to savings contracts.",
