  "text": "The Savings Contracts Regulations 1969, as amended, shall be further amended as follows:—\n(a) in Regulation 2(1) by inserting, after the definition of “the authority”, the following definition:—\n““Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies”, except in the application of these Regulations to Scotland, means the Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies or a deputy appointed by him; ”;\n(b) by deleting Regulation 28(2)(f).",
