# The Savings Contracts (Amendment) Regulations 1977, Regulation 2


The Savings Contracts Regulations 1969, as amended, shall be further amended as follows:—
(a) in Regulation 2(1) by inserting, after the definition of “the authority”, the following definition:—
““Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies”, except in the application of these Regulations to Scotland, means the Chief Registrar of Friendly Societies or a deputy appointed by him; ”;
(b) by deleting Regulation 28(2)(f).
