Regulation 21 Fees for birth, death and marriage certificates

Section 10 of the Savings Banks Act 1887 (which relates to the price of a certificate of birth, death or marriage required for the purpose of the Acts relating to the National Savings Bank), as amended by any Order in force for the time being under section 5 of the Public Expenditure and Receipts Act 1968, shall apply for the purpose of these Regulations as it applies for the purposes of those Acts, and for the purposes of these Regulations the said section shall have effect as if the contributor in respect of a savings contract or any person having an interest in the benefit of a savings contract were a depositor in the National Savings Bank.
