# The Savings Contracts Regulations 1969, Regulation 24: Form of documents


Where any application is required by these Regulations to be made in a manner approved by the authority, the document in which the application is made shall contain a full and specific statement of the particulars required to be given, and any such document which is required by the authority to be signed by any person shall be signed by that person.
