# The Scallop Fishing Order 2004, Article 6: Carriage of undersized scallops

Extent: E+W+S+NI

For the purposes of section 1(3) of the Act, the minimum size for scallops that may be carried by a British fishing boat in ICES division VII d is 110 millimetres.
