# The Scallop Fishing Order 2004, Article 7: Measurement of scallops

Extent: E+W+S+NI

For the purposes of article 6, the size of a scallop shall measured in accordance with paragraph 6 of Annex XIII to Council Regulation (EC) No 850/98 for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures for the protection of juvenile marine organisms as last amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 973/2001.
