# The Scallop Fishing (Wales) Order 2005, Article 7: Measurement of scallops


For the purposes of article 6, the size of a scallop is to be measured in accordance with paragraph 6 of Annex XIII to Council Regulation (EC) No. 850/98 for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures for the protection of juvenile marine organisms as last amended by Council Regulation (EC) No. 602/2004 of 22 March 2004.
