PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF TERRORISM

Coming into force 22nd August 2002
Whereas a draft of this Order, being the first to be made under paragraph 17(4) of Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000f1, has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 17(4) of Schedule 7 to that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
