# The Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 1998, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force at the end of the period of 8 weeks beginning with the day on which they are made.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
