# The Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 1998, Regulation 3: The Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland)


Where a construction contract does not comply with the requirements of subsections (1) to (4) of section 108 of the Act, the adjudication provisions in Part I of the Schedule to these Regulations shall apply.
