  "text": "Where–\n(a) the parties to a construction contract are unable to reach agreement for the purposes mentioned respectively in sections 109, 111 and 113 of the Act; or\n(b) a construction contract does not make provision as required by section 110 of the Act,\nthe relevant provisions in Part II of the Schedule to these Regulations shall apply.",
