# The Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 1998, Regulation 5: The Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland)


The provisions in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be the Scheme for Construction Contracts (Scotland) for the purposes of section 114 of the Act.
