# The School Admission Appeals Code (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2013, Article 2: Appointed Day


The day appointed for the coming into force of the School Admission Appeals Code (a copy of a draft of which was laid before the National Assembly for Wales on 4 October 2013) is 1 January 2014.
