# The School Admissions (Common Offer Date) (Wales) Regulations 2013, Article 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of these Regulations is the School Admissions (Common Offer Date) (Wales) Regulations 2013.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 8 July 2013.
(3) Regulation 3 applies in relation to a decision made by an admission authority of a maintained secondary school to offer or refuse a child admission to the school for the academic year 2015/2016 and subsequent academic years.
(4) Regulation 4 applies in relation to a decision made by an admission authority of a maintained primary school to offer or refuse a child admission to the school for the academic year 2018/2019 and subsequent academic years.
