# The School Finance (England) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 1: Expenditure to support grants which fall within the definition of the schools budget

Extent: E+W

(1) Expenditure (other than expenditure incurred in connection with any other paragraph of this Schedule) which the authority is obliged to incur as a condition of a specific grant paid to the authority and which is taken into account in determining the amount of that specific grant.
(2) Any amount which the authority is obliged to make available as a condition of a grant paid under section 14 of the 2002 Act which is taken into account in determining the amount of that grant, decisions regarding the expenditure of which are delegated to the governing body of a maintained school.
