# The School Finance (England) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 6


Expenditure in making the provision specified in a pupil’s statement of special educational needs where the pupil falls within paragraph 4(b) but the places reserved for pupils with special educational needs are for pupils with visual, hearing, speech or language impairments or other communication disorder.
