# The School Governance (Collaboration) (England) Regulations 2003, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the 2002 Act” means the Education Act 2002; and
“the Procedures Regulations” means the School Governance (Procedures) (England) Regulations 2003.
