  "text": "(1) The School Governance (New Schools) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3(1), for “the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2007” substitute “the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2012”.\n(3) In regulation 52(1), for “29 to 31” substitute “27 to 29”.\n(4) In regulation 54(3)(a), for “regulation 5” substitute “regulation 7”.\n(5) In regulation 54(3)(b), for “regulation 9 of and Schedule 4” substitute “regulation 10 of and Schedule 3”.",
