Regulation 2 Revocation

Paragraphs (2) and (3) of regulation 21, regulations 22 to 25, regulations 28 to 30, paragraph (1) of regulation 32, regulation 33, paragraphs (1) and paragraphs (3) to (8) of regulation 34, and regulations 35 to 57 of the Education (School Government) (England) Regulations 1999^f1 are hereby revoked.

Paragraph (1) of regulation 8 of the Education (Pupil Exclusions and Appeals) (Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2002^f2 is hereby revoked.
