# The School Governors' Annual Reports (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations remove the requirement to include in Governors' Reports certain information relating to pupils' attendance records (see paragraph 6(c) of the Schedule to the earlier Regulations), and substitute a new requirement to include information about authorised and unauthorised absences as set out in the School prospectus.
