Regulation 2 Amendment of the School Information (England) Regulations 2008

The School Information (England) Regulations^f1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 4 (specified information to be published on a school’s website)—

(a)

for paragraph 4(a), substitute—

“(a)
“% achieving Level 4 or above in Reading, Writing and Maths””; and

(b)

for paragraph 4(c), substitute—

“(c)
in relation to Reading and Writing, “% achieving Level 5 or above””.
