  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the School Information (England) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st September 2013. They impose an additional requirement on maintained schools to publish specified details relating to the Year 7 literacy and numeracy catch-up premium grant on a website.\nNo impact assessment has been produced for this instrument because no significant impact on business, civil society organisations or the public sector is foreseen.",
