  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the School Information (England) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/3093) to require maintained schools to publish information relating to the number of school employees who earn £100,000 or more, and to publish a link to the school’s webpage on the online Schools Financial Benchmarking service maintained by the Department for Education.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
