Regulation 2 Amendment of the School Information (England) Regulations 2008

The School Information (England) Regulations 2008^f1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In Schedule 4 (specified information to be published on a school’s website), in paragraph 17—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1), for “Schools Financial Benchmarking website” substitute “Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool”^f2,

(b)

for sub-paragraph (2)(a), substitute—

“(a)

“Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool” means the online Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool maintained by the Department for Education; and”.
