# The School Information (England) Regulations 2008, Paragraph 15


In any case where the determined admission arrangements—
(a) are the subject of an objection referred to the adjudicator under section 88H of SSFA 1998,
(b) are being considered by the adjudicator under section 88I(4)(a) or (5)(a) of SSFA 1998, or
(c) in the case of an Academy, a city technology college or city college for the technology of the arts, are the subject of a reference to the Secretary of State,
and where the adjudicator’s determination or, as the case may be, the adjudicator’s or Secretary of State’s decision is pending, a statement of that fact.
