In relation to travel arrangements—

(a)

the local authority’s general arrangements and policies in respect of the making of travel arrangements in accordance with the discharge of their functions under sections 508B and 508C of EA 1996, or

(b)

where a school travel scheme made by the local authority has effect in relation to an admission year, the arrangements made under the scheme.
